Ticket Information

Please present your digital or printed ticket at the front desk of The Local Store to receive your ride token. Please arrive at least 10 minutes early. All tours depart on time. No refunds. Chippewa River Trolley Co reserves the right to cancel a tour at any time, at which point a full refund would be given.

Parking is available in the lot across Galloway St from The Oxbow Hotel - kitty-corner from The Local Store.

Option to board the trolley from either Menomonie or Eau Claire:

  • Menomonie pick-up: Old Towne parking lot (903 Cedar Falls Rd)
  • Eau Claire pick-up: The Local Store (205 N. Dewey St.)

The Eau Claire trolley departs at 12:15pm, drops off at The Local Store at 4:45pm. The trolley will be open air and could be breezy on the drive to Menomonie, please plan accordingly.

The terms “us”, “we” and “our” refers to Chippewa River Trolley LLC. The terms “you”, “your”, “customer/s”, “guest/s” refers to the purchaser/s of a tour ticket from Chippewa River Trolley LLC.

By purchasing tour tickets through Chippewa River Trolley LLC for yourself or others, you assume full responsibility for all members in your party, and agree to the following:

Waiver

I, for me and my ticket holders waive, release, and discharge from any and all liability, including but not limited to, liability arising from the negligence or fault of the entities or persons released, for my death, disability, personal injury, property damage, property theft, or actions of any kind which may hereafter occur to me, the following entities or persons: Chippewa River Trolley LLC and/or their directors, officers, employees, volunteers, representatives, and agents, and the activity holders, sponsors, and volunteers; indemnify, hold harmless, and promise not to sue the entities or persons mentioned in this paragraph from any and all liabilities or claims made as a result of participation in this activity, whether caused by the negligence of release or otherwise.

Code of Conduct / Liability

  • For everyone’s safety, please remain seated while the trolley is in motion.
  • Disruptive behavior will result in expulsion from the tour as a courtesy to other guests. This decision is at the driver’s discretion. Tour fees will not be refunded in such cases.
  • No food or beverage allowed on board the trolley other than water bottles with closable lids or caps.
  • No pets or animals are allowed on board the trolley.
  • Chippewa River Trolley LLC cannot be held responsible for your activity after the completion of the tour. Please do not drink and drive and do not consume more than your personal limit.
  • Chippewa River Trolley LLC reserves the right to bill customers for cleaning and repair charges in cases of excessive soiling or damage to the trolley.
  • Chippewa River Trolley LLC and/or its representatives is not responsible for your health, welfare, or safety while you are outside of the tour vehicle.
  • Pace yourself, stay hydrated, stay fed, stay safe and most of all – have fun!

Additional Policies

  • Chippewa River Trolley LLC reserves the right to change drivers, departure times, and/or destinations due to unforeseen circumstances with no notice.
  • Our priority is always to offer impeccable customer service. However, in the unlikely event that we must, we reserve the right to cancel or terminate a tour and offer refunds at our discretion.

Cancellation, Changes & Refund Policy

  • All tour ticket sales are final. Tour tickets purchased through Chippewa River Trolley LLC are Non-Refundable and cannot be rescheduled for any reason.
  • No shows will be charged full price.
  • We reserve the right to cancel or terminate a tour in case of hazardous weather. Full or partial refunds will be given in such cases.
  • Tour(s) may be changed, altered or canceled without notice.

Social Media Release

Chippewa River Trolley LLC and/or its representatives may take photos or videos on the property of Chippewa River Trolley LLC and during the operation of any tour and use them for promotional purposes. By purchasing a tour ticket with Chippewa River Trolley LLC, participants agree to allow their images and videos to be used in such a manner. Participants also agree that any feedback, testimonials, or comments provided to Chippewa River Trolley LLC may be used for promotional purposes.
